About Me
My name is Friedl (rhymes with Beetle) Pluebell. I enjoy working in people-centered environments and bringing a supportive, grounded approach to my work in Human Resources. I am especially passionate about supporting professionals dedicated to helping others through their careers.
Credentials and Experience
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and am SHRM-CP certified. I have nearly three years of experience in HR within a local nonprofit setting. Prior to transitioning into Human Resources, I spent over 12 years in customer support roles across a variety of industries, including food service, hospitality, retail, animal care, and wellness. These experiences helped me build strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills that I continue to rely on in my HR work. I enjoy the collaborative nature of HR and value helping create workplaces where people feel supported, respected, and set up for success.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our three cats. I also like hiking, getting lost in a good novel, and experimenting in the garden, where I am still very much learning as I go. I enjoy trying new things, staying active, and finding small everyday moments that make life a little more fun. I always welcome photos of your pets!
