About Me
I am a Psychologist Resident with five years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, identity development, and life transitions. I have a passion for accessible mental health care and have primarily worked in community mental health settings.
I have also trained in a substance use recovery clinic, a middle school, a day treatment program, and a children’s hospital. I strive to understand each person within the context of their unique lived experiences and practice from a neurodiversity-affirming, anti-racist, and trauma-informed perspective.
Therapeutic Approach
My approach is rooted in relational psychodynamic therapy. I approach our work with an understanding that early experiences and relationships can shape us in ways we recognize and in ways that may be harder to see. When we feel safe enough to become curious about these patterns, we can develop greater freedom in how we understand ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world.
In therapy, I aim to offer a warm, collaborative space where clients feel heard and are met with empathy, curiosity, and respect. With children, I use play therapy and caregiver collaboration to strengthen communication, attachment, and emotional growth.
Credentials & Experience
I hold a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from The Wright Institute. I completed my APA- accredited doctoral internship at The Guidance Center, where I conducted neuropsychological assessments and provided individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. My dissertation and research experience center on themes of social perception, accessible community care, and liberation.
Outside the Office
I enjoy exploring the Pacific Northwest, rollerblading, working on creative projects, and spending time with family and friends.
