About Me
I believe many of the challenges we experience are shaped by our relationships, life experiences, and the ways we’ve learned to navigate the world. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that have helped you survive while creating space for growth, healing, and a stronger connection with your authentic self.
I support individuals seeking greater self-understanding, stronger relationships, and healing from the experiences that have shaped them. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences while building practical tools that help you move toward the life you want.
Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices, and attachment-informed approaches to tailor therapy to your individual needs. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, and I value working alongside clients to discover what feels most helpful for them.
Credentials & Experience
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I believe curiosity, connection, and joy are important parts of well-being, and I strive to bring those same qualities into my work with clients.
I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.
Outside the Office
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy exploring Portland’s food scene and spending time outdoors with my pup.
I am supervised by Carina Mariscal Diaz, LPC.
