About Me
I’m Rebekah, a Health Services Administration student with a strong interest in healthcare and mental health services. Through my experience in healthcare and patient-facing roles, I’ve learned how important it is for people to feel heard, respected, and supported. I’m especially passionate about supporting the BIPOC community and promoting accessible, inclusive, and culturally respectful care. I’m passionate about helping others and creating positive experiences for the people I work with.
Credentials & Experience
I am currently pursuing my degree in Health Services Administration. My healthcare experience includes patient-facing and medical reception roles, where I have developed strong communication, customer service, confidentiality, and organizational skills. I have experience working with healthcare teams and electronic health record systems, including Epic and MyChart. I am also CPR and First Aid certified.
Outside the Office
Outside of school and work, I enjoy traveling, trying new foods and restaurants, thrifting, working out, and photography. I also enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my puppy. I love trying new things, meeting new people, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
