I’m Jessica Combs, a Billing Specialist with a background in healthcare operations, revenue cycle support, and financial analysis. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in healthcare, pharmacy, finance, and customer operations, where I developed a passion for improving processes, solving complex billing issues, and helping patients receive the services they need. I enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a positive experience for both clients and providers. I’m excited to be part of a team that supports individuals on their mental health journey through compassionate, high-quality care.
Credentials and Experience
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from George Fox University. My professional experience includes healthcare billing, insurance verification, financial analysis, patient care coordination, payment processing, and revenue cycle operations. I have worked with electronic health records, insurance claims, and a variety of healthcare and financial systems while maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service.
Outside the Office
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, discovering new restaurants and exploring the Pacific Northwest. I also enjoy traveling, trying new recipes, and staying organized through planning and creative projects. I believe that maintaining a healthy work-life balance helps me bring a positive attitude and focused mindset to everything I do.
