We invite you to join our Interpersonal Process Group, guided by the principles of Gestalt therapy. Led by a licensed psychologist and a doctoral intern, this transformative journey will help you gain deeper insights into your behavior and emotions in a supportive and dynamic group setting. Over the course of 11 months, you’ll engage in weekly 90 minute sessions where you’ll explore various aspects of personal growth, from building authentic connections to addressing and overcoming interpersonal challenges. Who: Adult Individuals Struggling with Interpersonal Relationships, Those Seeking Personal Growth in the Context of Experiencing Depressive, Anxious, and/or Trauma Processes/Diagnoses, and Those Open to Experiential and Experimental Learning. (Maximum of 8 Participants)
Cost: $75/90 Min Group Meeting, Billable to Insurance
