Are you your own worst critic? Are you interested in being more compassionate to yourself, but afraid that doing so will take away your motivation to achieve? Are you curious about self-compassion, but don’t know how to turn off that inner critical voice? Then this might be just the group for you.
The Self-Compassion Group will be a group of 6 – 8 participants who will meet weekly on Thursdays 2 – 3:30 PM for 10 weeks. Each week will build on the week prior, therefore those interested must be able to commit to the full 10 weeks. This group is open to all genders and identities (ages 18 and over). You do not have to be a current PMHW patient to participate.
Dates: May 12, 2022 – July 14, 2022
Cost: $150 per session (Insurance accepted); Sliding scale available to $55 per session
