Are you your own worst critic?
Do you use self-criticism to “keep yourself in line?” Are you wanting to be self-compassionate but don’t know how to start? This might be just the group for you!
The Intro Self-Compassion Group will consist of a cohort of 6 – 8 members meeting for 10 consecutive Mondays 1:30 – 3:00 PM. Each week will build on the prior week(s), therefore interested participants are asked to commit to the full 10 week schedule*. This group is open to all genders and identities (ages 18 and over). You do not have to be a current PMHW patient to participate.

Cost: $150 per session (Insurance accepted, including OHP); Sliding scale available to $50 per session*

Location: Online (Zoom link will be provided to approved participants)
*Approved participants will commit to paying for the full 10 weeks regardless of attendance
