Natalie Cain, MSW
Clinical Social Work Associate
Pronouns: She/Her
Hi there! My name is Natalie and I’m a Clinical Social Work Associate who earned my Master’s in Social Work from Pacific University. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s ups, downs, and in-betweens—and feel truly honored to walk alongside others on their unique journeys.
I work with individuals of all ages and have extensive experience supporting folks facing trauma, substance use challenges, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
When it comes to my approach, I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative, empowering space. My style is rooted in:
-
Person-centered therapy – you’re the expert of your own life, and I’m here to support you with empathy and non-judgment.
-
Strength-based practice – we’ll focus on your inner resources, resilience, and what’s already working for you.
-
Solution-focused therapy – together, we’ll define your goals and explore practical steps to help you move forward.
I value creating a warm, safe, and affirming environment where you can show up just as you are—no pressure, no perfection required.
If you’re curious to learn more about me or how I work, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m excited to connect with you!
