About Me
I am Jacquie, a Professional Counselor Associate with one year of experience in counseling adults and adolescents. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, self-worth, relationships, parenting, LGBTQ+, ADHD, and holistic wellness. I deeply care about understanding the cultural, social, and political systems that inform my client’s experiences and identities. I want each client to feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered to explore their inner world.
Therapeutic Approach
My approach to therapy is person-centered, integrative, holistic, neuroscience-informed, and thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I aim to create a safe and affirming space for self-exploration where clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.
Credentials & Experience
I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from Adler Graduate School. I have worked in private practice settings since September 2024.
Outside the Office
When I am not in the office, I enjoy being outside, hiking, camping, or paddleboarding. I also enjoy playing boardgames and Pokémon Go with my family.
