Psychotherapy with Adults

Practices at Stevens
Pronouns: She, Her
My name is Hannah Westbrock, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I have a master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark College and a bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Colorado Mesa University. I am also certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).

Deciding to engage in counseling is a courageous decision, one that requires self-awareness and the ability to be compassionate and curious about oneself. Each and every individual is starting from a different place in their healing journey. Wherever that place maybe, that’s where I’ll meet you to begin this process. I feel it is an honor to have my clients trust me to be a part of their story. It is my belief that one already has all the answers and knowledge within oneself, and I am here to guide how those pieces fit together to become the integrated version of oneself.

In my work with clients, I am guided by theories such as internal family systems, relational culture, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, and mindful-based approaches. I work with adults who are facing obstacles with their personal and professional relationships, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and family dynamics.
