I became drawn to the field of psychology through my personal journey with mindfulness, a practice that continues to help me live with greater presence, self-awareness, and alignment with my most authentic self. That foundation has shaped the way I connect with clients — with intention, openness, and a deep respect for each person’s inner experience.
I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. My clinical training has included work in private practice, an anxiety treatment center, and extensive experience treating trauma through the Department of Veterans Affairs. Across these settings, I’ve supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, identity questions, relational challenges, and major life transitions.
At the heart of my approach is a commitment to meeting people where they’re at. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported. From there, we can collaborate to explore your unique story, identify what’s most important to you, and chart a path toward meaningful change and healing within the context of your life.
Outside of my clinical work, I am starting to explore the world of long distance running. So far I find myself loving the mix of quiet miles, shared laughs with fellow runners, and time in nature.
