Open/General Consultation Group

Schedule: Every other Tuesday, 12:00–1:00 PM

Focus: A general clinical consultation space to share cases, explore challenges, and receive peer support across a variety of clinical contexts.

Meeting Format: This consultation group meets online.

Attendance Expectations:

Regular attendance is strongly encouraged for group cohesion.
Participants are responsible for payment for scheduled sessions, even if absent.
Please come prepared to share a case, question, or area of curiosity.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if a session is canceled by PMHW.
If PMHW cancels or reschedules a session and a participant is unable to attend, a full refund will be provided.
Partial refunds for series registrations may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on attendance and the amount of notice provided.

Fees & Payment Expectations:

The consultation group fee is $50 per session.
Registration requires purchase of a 6-session block ($300 total).
Payment is due at the time of registration, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Accepted payment method: Credit or debit card only.
