Open/General Consultation Group

Facilitator: Mark Reck
Schedule: Every other Tuesday, 12:00–1:00 PM

Focus: A general consultation space to share cases, explore challenges, and receive peer support across a variety of clinical contexts.

Expectations:

Regular attendance is strongly encouraged for group cohesion.
Participants are responsible for payment for scheduled sessions, even if absent.
Please come prepared to share a case, question, or area of curiosity.

Fees & Payment Expectations:

The consultation group fee is $50 per session.
Payment is due at the time of registration or prior to the group meeting unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted forms of payment: Card only

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund or credit (if prepaid).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund.
No-shows will not be refunded or credited.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the stated window or in the case of session cancellation by PMHW.
If the group is canceled or rescheduled by PMHW and the participant is unable to attend, a full refund will be issued.
Series registrations may be partially refunded on a case-by-case basis depending on attendance and notice.
