We invite you to join our Interpersonal Process Group, guided by the principles of Gestalt therapy. Led by a licensed psychologist and a doctoral intern, this transformative journey will help you gain deeper insights into your behavior and emotions in a supportive and dynamic group setting. Over the course of 11 months, you’ll engage in weekly 90 minute sessions where you’ll explore various aspects of personal growth, from building authentic connections to addressing and overcoming interpersonal challenges. Adult Interpersonal Process Group
A weekly therapy group for adults seeking to better understand themselves and how they relate to others. This group is ideal for individuals navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or difficulties in relationships. Through experiential and here-and-now exploration, participants have the opportunity to develop deeper insight, increase emotional resilience, and build more fulfilling connections within a supportive therapeutic community.
Group 2: Wednesdays – 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Queer & Trans/NB Interpersonal Process Group
A weekly therapy group for queer, trans, and nonbinary individuals who want to deepen their self-awareness and strengthen their relationships. This group is especially supportive for those navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, or relational challenges. Grounded in experiential and relational approaches, we explore patterns in the here-and-now, offering a space for authentic connection, emotional risk-taking, and personal growth within a supportive community.

Who: Adult Individuals Struggling with Interpersonal Relationships, Those Seeking Personal Growth in the Context of Experiencing Depressive, Anxious, and/or Trauma Processes/Diagnoses, and Those Open to Experiential and Experimental Learning. (Maximum of 8 Participants)
Cost: $75/90 Min Group Meeting, Billable to Insurance
