I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner primarily serving adults aged 18-65 in the greater Portland area. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, in addition to pharmacology I include elements of motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and alternative medicine in my practice. I have experience working with a diverse population and promote a very relaxed nonjudgmental environment for
