She/Her

I believe the healing process is individualized and rooted within the systems in which we exist. In therapy, I trust that people are the experts to their stories and I am honored to walk with them on their healing journey to explore the depths of the self through person-centered, process-oriented, mindfulness, and whole-istic approaches. As a certified yoga instructor, I find using the tools of breath, awareness, and gentle movement can be beneficial when suiting. I strive to hold a sacred space by showing up non-judgementally, with presence and trauma-informed.

My areas of interest include racial battle fatigue, identity development, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, coping with life transitions, polyamory, and building mindfulness skills. As a multiracial (Black, Thai, White) woman, I understand the complications of unpacking intersectional identities and the advantages and disadvantages that come with that. As a student of life, I am dedicated to learning and continue learning about identities, communities, and ways of life different than my own.

In June 2023, I completed my master of education degree in school counseling from Western Washington University (WWU). I have experience working with all ages in K-12. I fulfilled my internship in a high school and my during practicum, I worked with young adults and teens. Prior to counseling, I completed my bachelor of science in community health from WWU in 2018. I was in the public health field as a community health worker living and working in communities in South Africa, Peace Corps – Madagascar, the greater Seattle area, and Bellingham, Washington.
