About Me

I’m an LPC with a strong background in outpatient therapy, behavioral health, crisis intervention, clinical leadership, and supporting the development of emerging clinicians. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Detroit Mercy and dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Healthcare and Society from the University of Richmond. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals, couples, families, young adults, and adults across outpatient, hospital, residential, crisis, and community-based settings. I’m passionate about helping people recognize their strengths, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and individualized. My work is grounded in eclectic theory. This allows me to adapt my approach and find the best fit for your specific needs. I draw from various evidence-based approaches to meet each client where they are. I also work with couples and incorporate Gottman-informed. I believe effective therapy begins with trust, humility, and a genuine understanding of each person’s experiences, relationships, and goals. I strive to create a safe environment where clients feel heard and empowered to develop coping strategies, strengthen relationships, build resilience, and improve their overall well-being.

Credentials & Experience

I am an LPC in Oregon and Michigan, with additional clinical training in trauma, crisis intervention, risk assessment, behavioral health treatment, and evidence-based practices. My professional experience includes clinical assessment, treatment planning, crisis services, outpatient therapy, clinical supervision, practice management, staff development, research, and program leadership.

Outside the Office

Outside of work, I enjoy diving, swimming, dancing, and traveling. I love exploring different cultures and places and the perspective those experiences bring. Most importantly, I treasure spending time with my family and creating meaningful memories together.
