Individual Psychotherapy with Adults

Practices at Sandy
Pronouns: She/her/hers

Hello! My name is Erin Garwood and I am a student therapist under the supervision of Megan Cormier Castañeda, PsyD and Camille Curry, PsyD. I have my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and I am currently enrolled in the Clinical Psychology Doctoral program at Pacific University.

Therapy can be a helpful tool in increasing mental health balance in life. I aim to provide individuals with a space to explore their inner selves and the connection to the world around them. I enjoy working with folks on examining the complexities that past and present life can have on the future.

I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds of age, sexual orientation, and gender identity. I enjoy working with adults of all ages but I have experience working specifically with older adults who are focusing on the second phase of life. I will be practicing from an interpersonal perspective in which I will focus on the collaboration of the therapeutic relationship. I look forward to working together to achieve your goals!
