Program Description: Patients who opt in will receive text messages containing secure links to complete brief clinical outcome measures (such as the Outcome Rating Scale (ORS) and Session Rating Scale (SRS)) before and/or after scheduled appointments. These measures help your provider monitor your progress and improve the quality of your care.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments. Typically, you will receive up to two (2) text messages per appointment (one before your appointment and one after your appointment).
